Count Me In! began with two Broward County high school students who saw an opportunity to make voter registration more approachable across generations.
Young initiative. Practical service. Built in South Florida for the places where people already learn, live, and gather.
Our story
Helping neighbors take the first step.
Registering to vote can be simple, but the process is not equally familiar or accessible to everyone. New voters may not know where to begin. Seniors—especially those who have recently moved into a residence or care facility—may need help checking whether their address and voter record are current.
Count Me In! brings clear, respectful, nonpartisan assistance into the places people already gather. In collaboration with Avus Connect, the organization connects younger volunteers, older residents, schools, facilities, and community partners around a shared goal: making civic participation easier to navigate.
